Do you like nature camping? At Camping Loire et Châteaux, you can pitch your tent, caravan or motorhome in the heart of the Loire Valley, close to the famous Loire castles. Our pitches are designed for a simple, friendly and sunny stay, with access to the services, activities and leisure facilities offered by our campsite near Azay-le-Rideau.

Comfort package
The comfort package lets you enjoy a delimited plot of between 100 and 130 m². The sunny pitches welcome your tent, caravan or motorhome in a relaxed, natural atmosphere.
Terminals for 16A electrical connections are located near each pitch. Remember to bring an extension cord and a CEE P17 adapter for connection. Campers have access to all the services, activities and leisure facilities offered by the campsite.
Shared pitch Loire à Vélo
The Loire à Vélo shared pitch includes 1 adult, 1 bike and 1 tent. It can accommodate from 1 to 6 people, in a sunny area with electricity.
This pitch has disabled access. Pets are welcome, so you can enjoy your stopover or your stay in the simple, practical spirit of camping. It’s the perfect place to take a break, put the bike down and give your calves a break.
Sanitary facilities and practical equipment
A fully-equipped sanitary area is heated during the cold season. There are shower cubicles with individual thermostats, a family cubicle with shower and washbasin, individual washbasins, WCs, PMR WCs and children’s WCs.
The sanitary block also includes a baby bathroom with baby bath, changing table and children’s shower, as well as a PRM bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. These facilities make daily life easier for campers, in a practical, family-friendly spirit.
Dishes, laundry and barbecues
A washing-up area with bins is also available. There’s also a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee. Tokens are on sale at campsite reception.
Individual barbecues are permitted on the campsite. So you can enjoy simple, convivial meals on your pitch, without forgetting the most important thing: keep an eye on the cooking and let someone else turn the sausages from time to time.

A great way to combine nature camping, heritage and discovery during your vacation.
